Although this prevents us from offering real-time quotes like we are able to offer for other dedicated services, we have an extensive group of service providers that enable us to turn these quotes around very quickly, often within 24-48 hours upon initial consultation.

Depending on your interest level and time frame, your Product Specialist will help you understand the available options after the research is completed, and submit a formal proposal for the service and terms you desire, from the service provider(s) of your choice. If necessary, we can also engage the carrier directly to discuss any of the finer sales related or technical points. If accepted, we can then draw up the necessary agreements for your review, and submit the order with the carrier directly.

Once your order is submitted, we will remain as your resource to help you through the provisioning process. After successful installation, we will remain as your unbiased consultant to help you manage the carrier relationship, follow up on outstanding issues, renegotiate & renew your contract, or introduce competitive options from alternate sources at the proper time, if applicable.

However, you will be contracted with the carrier directly, and have full customer support, technical support, and direct billing from the carrier. As stated, we will also stay on to help you with any questions or issues as an additional layer of support.

Oh, and by the way, we also offer a low price guarantee on dedicated services. Therefore, you will not find a lower price anywhere from the providers we represent, either through other agents, or through their direct sales force, or we will match/beat that provided price, and you will be paid up to 20% of the MRC for the service, up to $500, for ordering the service from us.

Our carriers realize that we educate our clients about all of their options, so as much revenue as we produce every month, if one of our carriers has service available in your area, you can rest assured that they have incentive to give you their best price early on. Otherwise, they would not see much revenue from us.

So, by acquiring services from our multi-vendor format, several carriers are competing for your business, and they know we can steer the business anywhere, and that results in a better deal for you than you could get going direct to the carrier as an indiviual customer.
